Head of Customer Success — Remote, Builder of CX

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is helping an innovative SaaS company hire its first Head of Customer Success. This role owns the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal, shaping processes and driving exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with founders and senior stakeholders to build scalable CS processes, create self‑serve resources, and deliver outstanding onboarding and ongoing support to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
