Head of Design, Modular Buildings – Principal Designer

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a Head of Design – Modular Buildings to act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act for modular construction projects in the Midlands.

You will coordinate design activities across off-site manufacture and on-site installation, ensuring statutory compliance and delivering projects from £150,000 to £15,000,000, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
