The Perfume Shop is seeking a commercially focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Online team, driving profitable growth across online and store channels through customer-led digital marketing. Hybrid role based in High Wycombe, working with senior leaders to shape omnichannel strategy and activation.

You will lead Digital Marketing, CRM and Retail Media teams, ensuring data-driven, insight-led campaigns that deliver acquisition, engagement and long-term value.
