Head of Domiciliary Care & Multi-Site Ops

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Care to lead four domiciliary care managers across multiple services in the UK. You will provide operational leadership, support managers to meet targets and maintain high standards of care, compliance and service delivery.

You will coach, mentor and develop managers, drive improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory alignment while collaborating with the senior leadership team to support the organisation's ongoing success.
