Head of eCommerce CX - KBB Interiors

Central Employment is partnering with a scaling Online Retail, KBB Interiors brand to appoint an eCommerce Head of Customer Experience. This is a strategic leadership role joining the SLT and based in Stockton on Tees. Up to £50,000 DOE, full-time, office-based.

Lead and shape the end-to-end customer journey, translating insights into a best-in-class experience. Work with the Board to drive loyalty, advocacy and commercial performance across all touchpoints.
