Head of Education – Alternative Provision

Joining Careers Education in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Head of Education for a full-time, permanent role leading a brand-new Ofsted-registered alternative education provision for ages 7-17. The salary is £50,000–£60,000 per annum (DOE).

You will shape strategic and operational leadership, ensuring outstanding outcomes and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will hold QTS or QTLS, have SEND/SEMH experience, and lead with compassion, resilience and a clear vision for inclusive
