Head of Education, Skills & Work – Prison

Ministry of Justice in Wrexham is seeking a functional management leader responsible for setting the strategic direction for Education, Skills and Work within the prison, aligning with Ofsted standards to maximise employment prospects on release.

You will work with education providers, prison industries and external partners, lead on inspections, and develop coherent curricula while line-managing staff and ensuring delivery across Education, Skills and Work.
