Head of Elective Access – NHS | Transform Waiting Times

Spinwell Global is seeking a Head of Elective Access on a 3-6 month contract in a hybrid Lincoln role with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week. You will lead strategic development and operational management of elective access targets, including RTT, cancer and diagnostics, working with senior teams to ensure policy compliance and performance reporting.

The role requires extensive NHS senior management experience, a Master’s or equivalent, and strong leadership and change-management capabilities
