Head of Employment Law & Strategy

Middlemore is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to lead its employment law agenda across the group. The role is hands-on and strategic, designed to reduce reliance on external counsel and embed excellence within the People and Legal teams.

You will advise senior stakeholders, manage disputes, draft contracts and policies, and contribute to organisational change and post‑acquisition integration. A deep knowledge of UK employment law and PQE of 10+ years are expected.
