Head of Engineering – Remote, Scale AI-Driven Pharma

Harnham is recruiting a Head of Engineering to own the engineering function and drive the platform in a fully remote UK role. You will lead and scale the engineering team, set standards, and provide architectural guidance across complex, enterprise-grade initiatives.

You will mentor senior engineers, shape technical strategy and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise work and align with business goals.
