Head of English | Lead English Dept & Student Growth

Academics is seeking an experienced Head of English for a thriving Romford secondary school. You will lead and develop the English department, delivering a high-quality curriculum for KS3 and KS4 and promoting a love of reading and literature.

The role requires QTS, a degree in English, and proven leadership (or potential) with an Enhanced DBS. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to raise attainment and support student outcomes across the key stages.
