Head of English - Lead the Department & Drive Outcomes

Academics is assisting a well-regarded Romford secondary school in its search for an inspirational Head of English with QTS. The role focuses on leading an English department, driving high standards, and delivering an excellent curriculum for ages 11–16.

The successful candidate will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress and work with senior leaders on school improvement priorities to raise attainment and close gaps.
