Head of ESH&Q — Nuclear Decommissioning Leader

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of ESHQ to lead the Environment, Safety, Health and Quality function across UK nuclear projects. You will shape governance, ensure compliance, drive risk management, and foster a strong safety culture within a high-hazard environment.

You will oversee ESHQ strategies, deliver audits and investigations, support continuous improvement, manage external stakeholders, and advance environmental initiatives toward sustainability and net-zero goals.
