Head of Finance – Supported Living & Complex Care £70,000 – £75,000 | Primarily Colchester based | Some home working flexibility * Fully qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA * Senior finance leadership experience (FD, Head of Finance, or FC at group level) * Hands-on experience in adults social care – you understand how packages are priced and funded * Based within a commutable distance of Colchester – this role is primarily Colchester based, with some home working flexibility. It is not a remote role * Comfortable owning the whole finance function on your own A real advantage: supported living, complex care or learning disability services; acquisition due diligence; PE-backed or high-growth environments. Not right for you if: you've only worked within a wider finance team without full ownership, or you have no social care background.
