JMT Care Services, part of Moore House Group, is seeking a Head of Fostering and YAP to lead our expanding service across Scotland. You will shape a sector-leading provision, recruit and support 50 permanent foster families, and ensure safeguarding standards.
You will join the Senior Management Team, advocate for the service, and work closely with local authorities to meet evolving needs and national agendas while maintaining excellent Care Inspectorate ratings.
