Head of Global Resourcing & Talent Strategy

M&G is looking for a Head of Resourcing to shape and deliver a forward-looking resourcing strategy aligned with our talent agenda and long-term growth. You will lead a team of around 25 HR professionals across Asset Management, Life, and Corporate Functions, working with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve processes with AI-enabled solutions.

You will champion inclusive recruitment, manage supplier relationships, and ensure our EVP stays competitive in a dynamic market.
