Head of Grocery & DCOMM Growth

Ecotone is seeking a Head of Grocery (Asda/Morrisons) & DCOMM to lead the commercial agenda for major retail channels in the UK. You will own the strategy, P&L, and partnership execution with top retailers, while building a high-performance team and shaping category growth.

The role requires senior relationship management with Buying/Category Directors, deep data literacy, and a track record in RGM, pricing, and cross-functional leadership within an SME environment.
