Stonor Search is seeking a first dedicated Head of Growth to own the go-to-market strategy for a rapidly growing AI software company. You will lead demand generation and build a predictable inbound growth engine from the ground up, working directly with the founders to shape the growth function in this well-funded startup.

You will own strategy while remaining hands-on with execution, building pipeline across content, paid media, SEO and lifecycle marketing, and driving scalable revenue growth.
