Head of Growth & Digital Systems Birmingham | £60,000-£75,000 + Performance Bonus We're recruiting for a Head of Growth & Digital Systems to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business based in Birmingham. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take what is already working, identify opportunities for growth and build the digital infrastructure needed to scale. Working closely with the Founder, you'll take ownership of digital growth across an established digital services business, with additional exposure to four offshoot businesses within the wider group. The Role You'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth across existing services, identifying opportunities to create more targeted customer segments and campaigns. You'll have a strong ecommerce and performance marketing mindset, understanding how to optimise the full customer journey - from acquisition through to conversion. Key areas will include: Driving digital growth and customer acquisition Managing and improving paid activity, including Google Ads Developing targeted campaigns around different services, including pension rebates Identifying new customer and service segments to drive growth Improving website performance, customer journeys and conversion Reviewing and improving analytics, tracking and reporting Setting up clear dashboards to measure campaign and commercial performance Improving the use of (url removed) to manage projects, priorities and workflows Working closely with developers to manage and prioritise website and platform improvements Bringing greater structure, visibility and accountability to digital activity About You We're looking for someone with a background in digital growth, ecommerce or performance marketing who is commercially minded, analytical and happy to be hands-on. You'll ideally have experience across: Google Ads and paid digital marketing Ecommerce, digital funnels and CRO Customer acquisition and conversion Analytics, tracking and performance reporting Audience segmentation and targeted campaigns Managing websites and digital platforms Working with developers and managing digital projects Improving systems, processes and ways of working This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking an existing business, understanding what is working and finding practical ways to make it perform even better.
