Head of Hard FM Operations – PFI/PPP (Hybrid, Wales)

300 North Limited in South Wales is seeking a Head of Hard FM Operations to lead the delivery of hard facilities management on a PPP/PFI contract. This senior role requires strategic oversight of hard services, asset management, compliance and lifecycle planning.

You will manage P&L and budgets, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with the client, SPV and subcontractors to drive performance and customer satisfaction in a complex healthcare-adjacent environment.
