Head of Hardware, Firmware & Software Product Development

CAME UK in Livingston, Scotland, seeks a Product Development Director to lead hardware, firmware and software teams in the creation of access control, intercom and security products. The role balances innovation with customer needs, commercial priorities and technical delivery, with travel to High Wycombe and Italy.

The director will shape the product strategy and technology roadmap, reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Group HQ.
