Head of Hospitality Policy & Strategy

Welsh Government seeks a high-profile Head of Hospitality to lead policy on pubs, restaurants, cafes and late-night venues across Wales.

The postholder will provide national strategic leadership, ensure coherence across portfolios, and shape delivery of a whole-government hospitality strategy that maximises the sector's economic and social contribution while actively managing risks to sustainability.
