Head of Hotel Sales & Revenue Growth

Brightstar Hospitality Management is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead the hotel sales team and drive occupancy and revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments in the United Kingdom.

You will develop and implement a clear sales strategy, set objectives, coach the team, build long-term relationships with key accounts, and ensure activity aligns with revenue, marketing and operations goals while representing Brightstar values.
