Head of Housekeeping – Lead, Develop & Elevate Guest Cleanliness

Garner Eight Acres Elgin is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department for the newly refurbished Garner Elgin hotel, reopening in Summer 2026. You will drive cleanliness, train staff, and align operations with the Garner and IHG brand standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and health and safety compliance while coordinating with other departments for seamless operations and a guest-focused culture.
