Location: Sussex (Minimum 2 Days On Site)

Salary: £70,896 - £77,368 per annum

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of People Relations to join a leading NHS organisation in Sussex. This is a key leadership role within the People Directorate, offering the chance to shape and develop a modern, progressive People Relations service that supports a positive workplace culture and outstanding employee experience.

Working as part of the senior People team, you will provide strategic leadership across the People Relations (ER) function, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality advisory service underpinned by the principles of a Just Culture. You will play a central role in delivering the organisation's People Strategy, driving fair, consistent and compassionate people practices across the Trust.

This role offers a blended approach to agile working, with a minimum of two days per week on site in Sussex and flexibility to work remotely.

You must have extensive experience with Employee Relations & team management within the NHS or public sector to be considered for this.
