Head of ILS, Fresh Start & Foundation Curriculum

Coleg Sir Gâr and Coleg Ceredigion are seeking a Head of Curriculum to lead the ILS, Fresh Start and Foundation department at Ammanford Campus. You will drive teaching quality, learner outcomes and operational planning to deliver an outstanding learner experience.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight and collaboration with partners to align curricula with employer needs and Welsh Government priorities. Interviews 2 Sept 2026.
