Head of Internal Communications & Engagement (Hybrid)

Scott Bader is seeking a Head of Communications and Engagement to lead how we connect with colleagues across the Group, inspiring and informing as owners in our employee‑owned business. Hybrid role based at our Wollaston site, reporting to senior governance bodies and shaping messaging for strategic priorities.

You will own the internal narrative, coach leaders, and drive engagement across all channels, ensuring clear communication during change and reinforcing our purpose and shared success.
