Rubberatkins is seeking an IT & Digital Lead to manage day-to-day IT operations and lead a team while driving the digital transformation of the business. This broad, hands-on role spans IT support to strategic projects, with a focus on AI, automation, and security to ensure reliable systems.

You will work with leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities where technology can improve processes, increase productivity, and enhance decision-making, while helping people adopt new ways of
