Head of Labs: Research Leadership & Strategy

Grant Thornton UK LLP is building GT Labs and seeks a Head of Labs to lead service line labs across audit, tax and advisory, owning the research portfolio and ensuring quality.

You will report to the Director of Labs, deputise when needed, and drive applied research delivery with senior stakeholders, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

This is an early-stage function with opportunities to shape the firm’s digital leadership and deliver measurable impact.
