Head of Land Acquisition – Residential Development

Macdonald & Company is seeking a Head of Land to lead its land acquisition strategy across Greater Manchester and the North West. This foundational hire will own the process from identifying opportunities through to exchange, building a pipeline of residential sites and developing relationships that generate off-market deals.

The role offers significant ownership with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path toward Land Director as the business grows.
