Head of Legal Services - In-House Solicitor, Pro Bono Clinic

The Trans Legal Clinic is seeking its first in-house solicitor to build and lead the legal function, ensuring compliance with SRA and Charity Commission standards. Based in Holborn, the role combines office presence on Saturdays with hybrid days during the week, and a focus on service design that improves access for the trans community.

You will supervise volunteers, manage files, liaise with pro bono partners, and design procedures and quality checks to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
