Head of Lighting & AV — Creative Tech Lead

Derby Theatre requires a Head of Lighting & AV to lead the Lighting Department, ensure safety and welfare, and identify training needs. The role balances hands-on and office work, with evenings and weekends expected as part of the schedule.

You will collaborate with designers to realize plans for produced work, and coordinate equipment for received work while ensuring high standards within time and budget constraints. An interview is anticipated soon.
