Head of Lighting & AV: Lead, Design & Safely Run Tech

Derby Theatre seeks a Head of Lighting & AV to line-manage the Lighting Department, ensuring safety, welfare and identifying training needs. You will oversee both the creative and practical execution of lighting and AV tasks.

The role covers produced and received work, coordinating with designers, liaising with visiting companies, and rigging lighting and AV to high standards. It requires hands-on and office work with regular evenings and weekends.
