Head of London Cabin Crew Base

Cathay Pacific is seeking a London Cabin Crew Base Manager to lead and develop the London base team, ensuring safe, compliant and customer-focused service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, crew management, local employment matters and union engagement, working with ISD, Finance and other stakeholders.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage budgets and payroll processes, and ensure policies align with UK regulations while supporting Cathay Pacific’s standards and strategic
