Head of Maintenance & Facilities - Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home in the UK. You will oversee a clean, well‑maintained environment, lead a small maintenance team and ensure repairs are completed promptly to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will manage day‑to‑day maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors, support the General Manager with budget planning and drive safety and compliance across the building and grounds.
