Head of Maintenance & Facilities - Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the care home and grounds. You will manage day-to-day maintenance tasks, supervise the maintenance team, and liaise with contractors to deliver high-quality work.

You will also support budgeting with the General Manager and ensure continuity in services and resident comfort through hands-on leadership and proactive planning.
