Head of Maintenance & Facilities – Care Home

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will lead the maintenance team, handle day-to-day repairs, and manage upkeep across the building and grounds.

You will work closely with the General Manager, plan annual budgets, liaise with contractors, and apply hands-on trade skills as needed. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are required, alongside GCSEs in Maths and English.
