Head of Maintenance & Grounds - Care Home Leader

Barchester Care Homes is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a care home. You’ll keep a clean, well-maintained environment so residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well.

Lead a team, work with the General Manager on budgets, and coordinate with contractors to handle tasks beyond the team’s expertise. You’ll deal with a variety of tasks—from fixing taps to garden maintenance—often working solo or supervising others.
