Head of Maintenance & Grounds — Lead Care Home Upkeep

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a proactive Head of Maintenance for a care home in the UK. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and support budget planning with the General Manager.

You'll manage on-site trades, liaise with contractors, and fix a range of tasks from plumbing to grounds upkeep, while prioritising residents’ needs and wellbeing.
