Head of Maintenance & Infrastructure

Leading University in Kent is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance & Infrastructure to lead the operational delivery of maintenance and engineering services across a large, complex estate.

You will own planned and reactive maintenance, ensure safe, compliant operation of mechanical, electrical and building infrastructure, lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive performance, compliance and value, and work with internal and external partners.
