Head of Manufacturing — Growth & Lean Operations Leader

Hewett Recruitment is recruiting for a Head of Manufacturing in Droitwich, Worcestershire. You will lead a manufacturing operation, with 4 direct reports and ~80 indirect reports, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.

The role offers exposure to significant site growth, capital investment and a potential path towards Operations Director level. You will partner with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to deliver lean improvements and robust operations.
