Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain — Scale with Excellence

Wasabi Sushi & Bento in Park Royal is seeking an exceptional senior operations leader to head end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain. You will scale raw material planning, production, warehousing and nationwide distribution across retail, grocery and franchise channels.

Leading a ~300-strong team, you will embed continuous improvement, ensure food safety and drive cost excellence while partnering with IT to maximise productivity and visibility in a fast-growth, multi-channel environment.
