Taking full ownership of end-to-end manufacturing across both the UK and internationally, you will manage a team of 10, overseeing production cycles and tight timelines. This is not a factory/plant manager role. This position is focused on building and managing the external manufacturing network. What’s on offer * Equity options * As many free products as you can consume * Performance related bonus * Working hours are 9am to 5pm * Private healthcare What will do as the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain * Own the end to end co-manufacturing network, selection, terms and performance * Set up and scale global manufacturers and packing arrangements * Oversee waste, MOQ’s, packaging specs and supplier negotiation * Manage and grow team to 10 * Work closely with head of logistics to ensure moving product from factory to shelf * Take formulations from concept to production and cycle What you need to be the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain * Worked in FMCG / Beverage’s sector * Manged external co-manufacturers in the UK & Internationally * Proven track record of commercial negotiation and performance management * Worked at head of level in Manufacturing (industry), supply chain or Operations * Happy to be based onsite * Managed a small team Job Number 11254
