Head of Marketing — Audience Growth & Strategy

Donmar Warehouse is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and deliver effective multichannel campaigns. You will oversee audience development, work with our external PR agency, and translate strategy into action across the organisation, particularly with the Development team.

You will manage the day-to-day marketing budget, analyse ROI, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with producers and venues for transfers and special projects.
