Head of Marketing & Brand — Luxury Hospitality

Montcalm Collection is seeking a Head of Marketing & PR to lead the group’s marketing, brand, communications, and public relations strategy across its collection of luxury hotels. You will drive brand awareness, guest acquisition and revenue, collaborating with Operations, Revenue Management, Sales and Finance to achieve growth.

The role requires 8–10 years in marketing with 3–5 years in senior leadership within hospitality, including multi-brand portfolios and Marriott relations.
