Head of Marketing & Growth — Fintech Platform

Bondaval is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead its marketing function through a growth phase. You will shape how Bondaval is understood by clients, brokers, insurers and investors, positioning our platform as a technology-led category leader and building a scalable demand engine for commercial growth.

The role is hands-on, translating complex tech and insurance into clear market narratives, while developing credibility with sophisticated B2B audiences and guiding a high‑performing
