Purpose
Manage the day-to-day Marketingoperation, owning the campaign plan and ensuring that each channel iseffectively tied in, maximising effectiveness in generating quality sales leadsfor Portman.

Measurement
Generate sales leads for the businessthat convert into finance agreements, driving the contribution of marketing toPortman’s bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing budget andmarketing plan to generate as many high-quality sales leads for the business aspossible. Primarily looking after the Portman Finance Group brand but workingon other group brands as required by the business.
  
• Manage the email marketing programme.
  
• Manage template emails for the salesteam.
  
• Manage the direct mail programme.
  
• Manage sector marketing, advertisingand associated exhibitions.
  
• Manage digital advertising and PPCcampaigns via our agency.
  
• Manage the effectiveness of the websiteand app as organic lead generation tools and landing page for campaigns.
  
• Ensure campaigns are coordinated acrosschannels and implement test and learn strategies.
  
• Understand the performance of eachchannel and initiative to report on the effectiveness of the marketing function.Producing data as required using our analytics platform.
  
• Work with the Head of Brand to producecontent in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice and to directsocial media content.
  
• Work with the Tech Team to evolve theCRM platform where necessary.
  

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in abusiness-to-business marketing environment.
  
• 5+ years experience of managing teams.
  
• Very commercial and sales focused.
  
• Ability to work with stakeholders atall levels of seniority across the business.
  
• Experience of working across marketingchannels.
  
• High level of numeracy and dataliteracy.
  
• Up to date with current marketingissues trends and techniques.
