Head of Medical - Elite Rugby Performance

Sportsmith is seeking a Head of Medical to lead the club’s medical provision for its first team and allied pathways. You will deliver world-class clinical care within an integrated performance department, driving strategic medical leadership and high-performance decision making.

You will oversee rehabilitation, return-to-play decisions, and injury prevention, while collaborating with coaching, strength and conditioning, and sports science to optimise player readiness and availability across the
