Head of New Faces: Talent & Influencer Agency (Hybrid)

Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp, a boutique talent and influencer management agency, seeks a Head of New Faces in Central London with hybrid work. You will own the New Faces women’s division, scouting, developing, and placing talent to advance to the main board, while leading a small team and shaping the division’s strategy.

You will build and manage a network of scouts, coach models for castings, and negotiate bookings with clients.
