Head of O&M, Solar & Energy Management (Hybrid)

Sunne Energy is seeking a Head of O&M to lead and grow the Solar O&M, EV and energy management portfolio across UK sites. You will manage 100+ operational sites, drive performance and revenue while delivering world-class client care.

Reporting to the founders, you’ll shape strategy, oversee subcontractors, coordinate with clients and contractors, and identify service upgrades. This is a hybrid role with a clear path to long-term progression in a fast-growth clean energy business.
